Medium 4 Stroke Mercury Engines between 25-60hp
Mercury four-stroke technology inherently provides whisper-quiet performance. Full cowls, an air intake silencer and through-prop exhaust contribute to the low-noise benefits. They’re also great engines for fishing, with outstanding trolling capability. The overhead cam design allows for idling speeds as low as 750rpm.

The tough 60 EFI and 50 EFI are available in BigFoot versions as well. With a Mercury BigFoot the taller gearcase lets the propeller sit in deeper, less aerated water. The larger prop provides greater thrust and extra maneuverability, and the larger gears – 33% larger – provide still more durability.
